Muerte Turqueza

A la muerte no se le teme, se le respeta. No se le rechaza, se convive con ella; y cuando esta aquí presente, no se le insulta, se le honra. La muerte siempre regresa, no la quiero de negro, la quiero turquesa.

Death should not be feared, it should be respected. It should not be rejected; one must make her part of our every day. When it becomes present, it should not be insulted, it must be honored. Death always returns, but I don't want it in black, I want it to be turquoise.

Inspirado por ese monumento al Danzante de la Pluma, estoy creando réplicas hechas de resina. Pinto en el penacho de cada una de estas obras un tema distinto, lo cuál las hace únicas.

Inspired by the phenomenal 13 meter Dancer of the Feather sculpture, I am creating its replicas in resin and oil paint. I have painted each headdress with an original image and theme, making each one distinctive and unique.
